Why Support First Tee — Central Ohio?
First Tee — Central Ohio is a youth development organization serving Franklin, Delaware, Fairfield, Madison, Union and surrounding counties. We enable kids to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new challenges. By seamlessly integrating the game of golf with life skills curriculum, we create learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that kids carry to everything they do.
In 2022, we served 615 kids through onsite programming and thousands through our school and community partnerships. Thank you for your support in helping us reach even further in 2023!
What is GivingTuesday?
GivingTuesday, a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to encourage philanthropy and to celebrate generosity worldwide. Held annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving (in the US), GivingTuesday kicks off the holiday giving season and inspires people to collaborate in improving their local communities and to give back in impactful ways to the charities and causes they support. GivingTuesday demonstrates how every act of generosity counts, and that these mean even more when we give together.
